Efficient Yarn Splicing Solution
RJK Pneumatic Hand Splicers are designed to replace traditional knotting methods used in textile winding operations. Unlike knots, splicing produces a smooth and stronger joint that improves yarn quality and reduces problems in downstream textile processing.
Two models are available to support different yarn types:
• Hand Splicer for Ply Yarn – suitable for cotton and blended yarns
• Hand Splicer for Filament Yarn – suitable for polyester and viscose filament yarn

• Splice Strength: 70% – 90% of parent yarn strength
• Splice Length: 20 – 25 mm
• Splice Diameter: Approximately 1.5 × parent yarn diameter
• Air Pressure Required: 6 – 7 kg/cm² compressed air
• Air Consumption: Approximately 1 litre per cycle
• Operation: Pneumatic manual splicing system
